We do not accept documents in an envelope or a folder. You photograph them in our app for iOS and Android, we process them, and you see the result on an ongoing basis in the client zone. Thanks to that, it does not matter whether you are based in Bratislava or on the other side of Slovakia.
From photographing to booking, there are four steps. You do the first one.
Right at the till or as soon as an invoice arrives. The app finds, crops and cleans up the document in the photo by itself – you do not need to aim carefully or flatten the paper.
The supplier, company ID, date, amount and the tax breakdown. It files the document under the right month and the right company – if you run several, you switch with a single tap.
The document reaches us immediately. When something is missing or the tax rate does not add up, we get in touch while it can still be resolved – not six months later at financial statement time.
Preliminary financial result, tax estimate, cash and bank balance. You do not have to call and ask how your company stands – you can check any time, even on weekends.
This is not a whim or a cost-saving move on our part. Paper-based document handling causes most of the problems that both sides then end up dealing with under time pressure.
Thermal paper receipts become unreadable in a wallet after a few months. A photo from the app is still readable ten years later – and it is stored in two places, not in a car's glove box.
When documents arrive on an ongoing basis, they are processed on an ongoing basis. The difference shows up especially with VAT: instead of one frantic week, it is steady work with fewer mistakes.
In the app you have a list of submitted documents along with their status. There is no more guessing whether an invoice arrived – it is either on the list or it is not.
We do not take in paper documents, so they cannot get lost with us and you do not have to go anywhere to collect them. You keep your own archive wherever suits you best.
For a business owner, bookkeeping tends to stay invisible until the tax bill arrives. The zone turns that around – the figures you care about are in front of you all year round.
The zone continuously recalculates the preliminary financial result and the preliminary income tax – with a breakdown of how it was arrived at. It also warns you about an approaching threshold for mandatory VAT registration, so before you cross it.
Accounting documents are among the most sensitive data a company has. That is why we built the app ourselves and do not rely on third-party services.
It is not. Documents come from your phone, filings are made electronically, and we communicate by e-mail, phone or the chat on this website. An in-person meeting is not needed for anything – and if you would like one, we are happy to meet, it is just not a condition of working together.
The app is the easiest way and we recommend it, but it is not mandatory. We also accept documents by e-mail or from a shared folder. The only thing we do not accept is paper – we would have to scan it, which is extra work for both sides.
You can correct the data in the app before sending it, and we also check it ourselves when booking it – automatic reading is a helper, not the final word. What always counts is the photo of the document, which stays on file.
Only whoever we set up access for at your request. The zone shows the figures for one company, and you log in with a username and password. If you run several companies, you switch between their overviews.
No. Both are part of the monthly bookkeeping price, and we do not charge extra for them, whether a per-user fee or a setup fee. Amounts are in the price list.
The demo zone is open to everyone – you click through it just like the real thing, only with a fictional company. If you like what you see, get in touch and we will talk price.
