Did an extract from the Commercial Register or a decision from your slovensko.sk mailbox arrive as an .asice? Drag it here – you will see at once which company it relates to, and can download the PDF and the other files. Dozens of files at once, too.
Files are unpacked right in your browser. They do not go to our server, we store nothing, and it works even offline.
The downloaded PDF is a copy for reading and printing. The signed ASICE carries the legal weight – keep it and send that one to the authority or bank.
ASICE (ASiC-E, Associated Signature Container – Extended) is an electronic container holding a document together with a qualified electronic signature (QES). Technically it is a ZIP archive with a precisely defined structure under the European standard ETSI EN 319 162. The container guarantees that nobody has altered the document since it was signed.
Document: what you are after – most often a PDF (extract, decision, contract), sometimes an XML form or several documents at once.
Signature: the signatures.xml file with the qualified signature – who signed, when, and a hash of each document in the container.
Manifest: a list of all files in the container and their types.
Mimetype: the first file in the archive, which tells the program it is an ASiC-E.
Drag one or more .asice files into the tool window, or select them from your computer.
For each file you see the company, document type, who signed it and when – without downloading.
One file, the whole ASICE, all PDFs or everything at once in one ZIP file.
The electronic extract is signed by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic and arrives as an ASICE.
Decisions, summonses and replies from authorities with an electronic signature.
Documents signed with an ID card with a chip via D.Signer or another signing tool.
Filings and delivered documents that must carry a qualified signature.
Register entry, VAT ID validity and company debts by IČO.
Check a partner →View an XML e-invoice as an ordinary invoice and download it as a PDF.
Open XML →Use the company ID (IČO) to find out whether a company is on the Peppol network.
Check the company →Easiest in the tool above: drag the file into the window and you will see its contents at once. ASICE is a ZIP archive, so after renaming the extension to .zip, Windows or Mac can unpack it too – but you will not see who signed the document and when.
After upload we show the company name and document type for each file (for example, a full extract from the Commercial Register). We read them from the properties of the PDF inside the container, so you do not need to open anything.
No. Files are unpacked right in your browser and are not sent to our server at all. Nothing is left behind once you close the page.
No. The signature is stored in the ASICE container, not in the PDF itself. The PDF is a faithful copy for reading and printing; as evidence or for filing with an authority, use the original ASICE file.
Yes. Upload as many as you need at once. You can download individual files, the whole ASICE, all PDFs from all files, or absolutely everything in one ZIP.
ASiC-E (.asice, .sce) can contain several documents and signatures, ASiC-S (.asics, .scs) always just one document. The tool opens both kinds.
