Fill in the fields, look at the finished invoice and download it – free of charge and without registration. It is a full-fledged invoice including your logo, stamp and signature. Nothing is stored anywhere: the invoice is created, you download it, and that is the end of it.
… you invoice occasionally and do not need a program for it. Typically a sole trader or a small company that is not a VAT payer and issues a few invoices a month. An invoice with VAT can be issued here too – the rates and the tax recapitulation are on it.
… you are already required to send electronic invoices. What is created here is a PDF for a person, not a machine file for the network. Likewise it is not for anyone who needs invoice number series, records of issued invoices or payment tracking.
This overwrites what you have in the form. Your own remembered data will not be lost – it comes back when you reload the page.
Download the filled-in data to a file and load it back next time – including the customer, the items and the images. The file stays with you, it is not sent to us. The invoice number and the dates are not in it, those are filled in each time.
An invoicing site that keeps your invoices is a common thing. This one does not – and here is exactly why.
The details you fill in go to the server, it draws a PDF from them and sends it back. Nothing stays on the server afterwards: not the invoice, not your logo, not the customer's name. When you close or reload the page, the unfinished invoice is gone on your side too.
So that you do not retype them for every invoice, your browser remembers them – on your computer, not with us. The Forget my company details button clears them at any time.
You fill in the customer's details yourself. It is a few seconds of extra work and it means nobody here finds out who you are invoicing.
It is drawn by the same part of the program that our application uses for clients. It is not a simplified one-off form – it is a complete invoice with everything that belongs on it.
Yes, with no registration and no limit on the number of invoices. The page only has an hourly cap on invoices rendered from one connection, so it cannot be abused to flood the server. Occasional invoicing will never reach it.
No. What you get here is a PDF – an invoice for a person. An electronic invoice is a machine file sent into the network that the customer's accounting reads by itself. If you need such an invoice, see our app, which can do that including sending.
Leave the VAT ID field empty and choose Not VAT registered for the item. The invoice will then show no rate and no tax summary, only the amount due.
It appears on its own once you fill in the IBAN and the invoice is in euros. It is a Pay by square code, the kind Slovak banks use – the customer scans it in their bank app and the payment is pre-filled.
As long as you keep the page open, yes – change what you need and click Show invoice again. Once you close or reload the page, the invoice data is gone; only your company details remain.
No, and deliberately so. This page is for one invoice that you issue and download. Records, invoice number series, payment tracking, stock and sending e-invoices are handled by our matu.sk application – and if you invoice regularly, write to us and we will keep your books in full.
We process the conversation and the data you enter in line with our privacy policy. We send the chat transcript to the accountant and, once you confirm your address, to you as well.
