E-invoicing right inside the app and the client zone

Electronic invoicing will become mandatory in Slovakia. We are building it right here: you issue an invoice in the app or in the client zone and it goes out to your customer over the Peppol network, with no other program and no other account. matu.sk clients continue to get both the app and the zone free of charge; the only charge is 2 € a month for the postman that actually carries the invoice across the network.

Documents

You photograph the receipt as you pay and it is off your hands.

  • It finds the document in the photo, crops it and cleans it up.
  • It reads the supplier, the company ID, the date, the amount and the VAT breakdown.
  • It files it under the right month, even without a signal.

The trip records itself and the GPS stays with you

You do not have to start or stop anything, the app recognises that the car has set off and that it has stopped. The measured points stay in your phone and on your own storage. What goes into the mileage log that an inspection might ask for is the date, the route, the purpose and the kilometres, not a record of where you moved around.
