We are not a network of offices or a call centre. Your bookkeeping is handled by one specific person whom you know by name and who knows your company – and when you call, the same person picks up.
I have been working in accounting for more than 15 years. In that time I have handled companies ranging from one-person s.r.o.s to businesses with dozens of documents a day, trade within the EU and their own warehouse. That variety is exactly what teaches you where problems arise in the bookkeeping before they show up in the reports.
I do bookkeeping in the Pohoda program, which I have used from the start and know inside out. We collect documents through our own app for iOS and Android, which we built ourselves – not because it is trendy, but because paper-based document handling caused most of the unnecessary work on both sides.
Most of my clients are from Bratislava and the surrounding area. Since the entire cooperation takes place electronically, I also do bookkeeping for companies from other parts of Slovakia – with this way of working, distance does not matter.
These are not advertising promises. They are the rules by which we actually run the cooperation – and by which you can hold us to account.
When something is missing from a document, we say so while it can still be resolved with the supplier – not at financial statement time, when the company may no longer exist or no one remembers anything.
When it is not clear what a document means, we would rather ask. Booking based on guesswork looks fine in the books and bad during an audit.
The agreed amount does not change during the year. If the scope of the agenda grows on a lasting basis, we will get in touch and adjust the price in advance – never retroactively, and never with an invoice that catches you by surprise.
Everyday questions by e-mail or phone are included in the monthly price. We do not want you wondering whether it is worth calling – an unanswered question tends to be more costly than a phone call.
Legislation changes every year, and an accountant who does not keep learning eventually shows it in the work for their clients. That is why I keep up with professional training on an ongoing basis.

We do not specialise in one industry, but we have a clear idea of who we can really be useful to.
When we find out during the consultation that your agenda needs something we do not do, we say so right away and recommend where to turn. No one gains anything if the cooperation falls apart after six months – least of all you.
matu.sk is not a VAT payer – the prices in the price list are therefore final. The matu.sk app is developed and published by ACC-NET s. r. o., co-owner of matu.sk; you will find its details and support contact on the home page.
Yes. Your bookkeeping is handled by one accountant who knows your company, and she is the one you communicate with. You will not have to explain how things work at your company to someone different every time.
On business days we usually reply within 24 hours, and often sooner for short questions. If it is time-sensitive, we will prioritise it – just say so in your message.
We do not have to. We can handle the consultation by phone or e-mail, and arrange the contract and power of attorney remotely. If you would like to meet, we are happy to – but it is not a requirement.
We have no long-term commitment period or penalties for ending the cooperation. When you leave, we hand over the accounting data in a form the next accountant can work with – we consider that a matter of course, not an extra service.
It depends on the scale of activity and the sources of funding. Tell us what kind of organisation it is and where the income comes from – we will tell you straight away whether we can be useful to you, or whether someone specialising in this area would suit you better.
Write us a few sentences about your company – what you do, how many documents you have, and what bothers you about your current situation. We will get back to you with what it would look like with us and what it would cost.
Free consultationWe process the conversation and the data you enter in line with our privacy policy. We send the chat transcript to the accountant and, once you confirm your address, to you as well.
